How can I be your Member?...Do I have to pay?
No, our membership is for FREE!.. By joining our membership you can get full membership facility. Such as: Sending Virtual Flower, Showing your picture, Have a Hidden Picture, Hot list, Matching, Chat and much more!....however to send messages you need to get token that you can also use to any of our additional services..

I forgot my Password or Login Name, can I get it again?
Yes, Click here to get your Password or/and Member ID , we will send to your e-mail address. 

How to change my Password or Profile?
To change your Password you can go to the "My Account" menu. 

We have 2 kind of membership:

PREMIUM Membership

Premium Membership is the all the regular Membership at Portalcinta.com. You dont need to pay anything for the standard feature but you need to purchase some token before you can contact another member, Once you have your token you can use it to anytime. There are no expiration date to use your token. To get some token click here.

GOLD Membership

You can upgrade your premium membership into Gold at anytime you want without any obligation to be the Gold Member forever. Gold Membership works under "Time Limit Seting". Once you upgrade your membership into Gold you can always send messages to any member you like without using any token (FREE). You can also make yourself available to all member and all the member can contact you for FREE!.
All these feature works by the time limit you become the Gold member (minimum 1 month). When the time limit expired you will always automatically back into Premium Member.

How to Search My Match?
To search your match, you just need to fill your Match Info in the member page. Save your match info, and next time you're login, you can see all member with the "match mark" you have before.

Can I contact the other member that i am interested in?
Yes, you can show the other member by two easy ways!..
First, you can send them a "Virtual Flower" to show the member that you are interested, or you can also send them some mail messages,...and express how you feel!....Just that easy! 

Reply the member that contact me?
Yes, when you get a message from the other member, you can reply their mail for free ! 

How to send messages to other member?
When you sign up PortalCinta.com you are automatically registered as the Premium Member. For The Premium Member you need to have some token before you can send messages to other member. If you want to send unlimited messages to any member you can upgrade your membership into Gold. 

What is the Advantage to have a picture in my Profile?
Having your Picture in your profile will increase the possibility of contact more than 8 times !....Be Catching!..and be seen!.....You will get more contacts that you never expected before!. 

Can I Upload/ Send My own Picture?
Yes,..you can send your own picture very easy in the sign up section.
Prepare your own picture in your computer in JPEG/GIF format, and you can upload it directly in the sign up page or you can edit later in "My Account" menu. If you have any trouble sending your picture, you can contact us.

How if I don't have any scanner?
If you don't have any scanner and want to put your picture, we can also help you to scan your picture.
Just send a snail mail with your color picture- any sized, with your member ID and password to:

I am a bit shy,..I want to have picture in my profile but I don't want to show it to everybody,..can I do that?
Yes, we are very concern about our members privacy, that is why we have a very special feature to our member that you will never get in any other Match making Services!...A Hidden Album.

What does a Hidden Album mean?
You now can decide yourself, if your picture should be shown to all member or if you only want it shown to certain members. Decide yourself....you can send the authorization "Key" just for the members that you are interested in. And the other Good news!...you can have more than 1 picture...
Now, you will always feel comfortable to have a picture in your profile!
